"PARMSKIY GOLD" 40% cheese is a hard long ripened cheese.  It is made from high-quality, carefully selected pasteurized milk with the use of choice starter cultures that add special rich cheesy zest to it. The cheese has different flavors during different stages of ripening: from a moderate cheesy, sweet and spicy flavor to a more pronounced rich taste and aroma. Its texture is moderately dense and slightly fragile, the cheese has plastic fracture behavior. The latex coating is a distinctive feature of this cheese. This cheese is great as a separate dish and it can be used for cooking various cheese dishes too. It is often served with fruits. The ripening period of "Parmskiy Gold" 40% cheese is at least 180 days.
