It is a ripened natural rennet cheese which has a unique taste and specific aroma of baked milk with a slight sourness and a delicate spicy aromatic flavor. "Cherny Graf" cheese is produced from natural fresh high-quality milk. Its fracture behavior is plastic; and its pattern consists of irregular angular and slot-like eyes; and its color is pale-yellow. This cheese combines a rich bouquet of flavors and aromas. Thin multilayer polyolefin film can significantly extend the shelf life of the cheese slices. The reliable protection against odors and smells from the outside ensures the preservation of the taste. There is a special gaseous environment inside such packaging. Due to the absence of oxygen, the product does not spoil as quickly as when it is packed with conventional stretch film, and at the same time the cheese can breathe, unlike when it is packed with vacuum packaging.
